When people come to see a Personal Mind Coach, its largely because they are thinking to themselves  ‘there’s something wrong with me’.

But despite this fact, we still find that after a very short time, we are back to our old ways.

The majority of issues we all have, are simply habits we have adopted to enable us to cope at certain times in our lives. They were survival strategies that at the time would have worked as well. And they still do work in a sense.

Its just that as time goes on, a lot of these coping mechanisms become detrimental to us.

By recognising the real need for these survival strategies, we have an opportunity to replace them with ones that are more inline with what we want now.
